This kit is more amazing than I can put into words!!! The leather is sooooo soft. Every bit of the hardware is top quality. The zippers are so smooth. The directions were easy to follow and I cannot wait to do another one!
Too say I love this bag is an understatement! I loved creating it and I love using it. It was just challenging enough to keep me interested and make me feel like I accomplished something cool. I'm really impressed with the quality of the leather and how well made all the pieces are. Everything fit together perfectly and looked exactly as the photos online. I'm super impressed and will definitely be ordering again!
I have so much fun with these. This is the second kit I have done and I am thrilled that this turned out so well I will actually use it!My only feedback is that the directions are hard to follow. The video is mostly in another language (there are English subtitles but they are incomplete) and the written document is missing info.So you need a smidge of creativity but it comes out wonderfully in the end! So happy to have a made such a high quality, quietly brandless purse I will ACTUALLY USE with my own hands!
For the price, this is a great introduction to leathercrafting. The leather’s top grain….which is great for a first project and exploring handbag construction.The silhouette itself is also very nice, and very canon to its inspiration, so kudos to them for that, all the hard parts are done for you as well, like hardware and zipper attachment and what not….all you have to do it sew it together….sooo for the price I’d suggest this product, I’ve already purchased three other sets as a way to “warm up” for future personal projects!
