I’ve been looking at these Sewingjoy kits for a while and after getting a few smaller kits, I decided it was time to make a full size bag. This bag is exactly what I was looking for. The color is a nice cool taupe in person. Highly recommend if you enjoy a challenge!
I absolutely love this DIY bag kit! It was easy to complete, and the tutorial on YouTube made it super simple to follow along. The whole process was so much fun, and now I have a unique bag that I feel proud of because I made it myself! Carrying it around feels special, and I've already received so many compliments on it. This is the 2nd bag I got from Sewingjoy; the first one was purely out of curiosity, but it was much better than I thought; the quality of the material is good, tutorial video is precise and fool proof. they accidentally gave me a different video, and the seller's reply was quick and nice and helpful when I contacted for the right one.So I got my 2nd kit. same as the previous experience, I enjoyed the sewing part and I know I will enjoy using the bag too.
I’ve completed 2 bags and 3 keychains from Sewingjoy and they’ve all turned out super cute. The material is a good quality, not top of the line but still good. They have kits with nicer leather but I haven’t tried them yet. It’s a fun project and people always comment on my bag. They’re always so impressed when I say I made it. I will 100% be doing more kits from them.
Materials are well made and the tutorial video is clear. Wonderful kit and the finished product looks great! The colour is both grey or taupe depending on lighting!
